These projects added some unique character, value, and functionality to this home and we were glad to bring their visions to life.
Complete laundry room makeover. We went through several design revisions to come up with a completely functional laundry room which includes some amazing features that transformed this builder grade laundry room into something special.
Truly stunning choices our clients made and it was fun bringing their ideas to life.
In the pantry we removed the builder grade particle board shelving and added walnut shelving, a few walnut cabinets that included floating base with three drawers, another drawer and door base as well as an upper cabinet that has open cubbies. The walls were covered with black shiplap, and quartz countertops were added.
Outside of the pantry we modified the cabinet bases to accommodate a mini fridge, a pullout recycle and trash bin and added a cubby for additional storage.

Laundry Room
10’ Walnut cabinets added, with enough room below the shelf to hold a vacuum, ladder, and other larger sizes items. 10’ Painted cabinets with thin shaker style doors installed to hold the washer and dryer. The corner cabinets also hold Rev-a-Shelf pullout laundry baskets. Below the washer and dryer we installed 28” soft close drawers for staging of the baskets and storage for miscellaneous items. Above the washer and dryer are huge 30”+ deep x 40” tall cabinets to hold luggage and other large items.
We framed in a 25 1/2” attic ladder to allow for easier access to the storage in the attic. The fluorescent lights were replaced with recessed LED can lights. Solid real walnut slats we’re milled out of 4/4 rough walnut to create an amazing wall feature and highlighted by the sconce lights installed.
Pantry
4 walnut floating shelves with U shaped aluminum LED track installed with a dado under the shelves and milky white cover to diffuse the light. 24v LED lights added on dimmable wall switch. 120v power outlets added above the quartz counter tops. Dimmer added to the recessed can light in the ceiling.
